Should I be as angery as I am with my child father ????

Im just finding out he stays 3 blocks from me and has for over a year now and never has time for my son.

Nope dont get mad. Dont throw fits, and dont let your child see you angry. Guys sometimes do that (not saying there arent women like that too though). It is hard being a single mom because you always want the best for your children. You just need to keep you head up no matter how hard it can be at some times, and live your life. When/ if that man chooses to be a part of that childs life is up to him. It is not something that can be forced. If he pays child support, good, if not, take him to court.

Ask yourself a question though- would it have made any difference that you knew before? If your life has been just fine for the past year, then dont worry about it. Your child will see in the end who was truly there for them!

Why wouldn't you be angry. You most definitiely should know where the father of you child lives if nothing else but to know where to file/serve/obtain child support. If he does not want to have a relationship with your son that is really said not just for him but for you son. Your anger is understandable but there is not much you can do about it although your son shouldn't have to also deal with that situation or know you are angry with his father. He'll have his own issues with him as he grows up.
