When you're praying "to" a saint, what you're really doing is asking that saint to pray with you to God. So the purpose of the saint is really inspiration. It's not magic, though.
Here's what I found:
Patron Saint of lovers, love -
Dwynwen
Raphael the Archangel
Valentine

I think St. Lucy or St. Rita is the patron saint of single women, and will help find a boyfriend/partner.

St. Jude is the patron saint of lost causes.
St. Anthony finds things.
I can't BELIEVE I am answering this question
Technically, St. Valentine is not the one for you. In Catholic theology, Valentine is patron of couples who are married, getting married or thinking about it. But I think he might listen to if you want to FIND that person

You know valentines day? Well “Valentine” comes from saint Valentinus. He’ll set you up with the right guy for sure. He’s also the first to teach about guardian angels, that explains the angel shooting an arrow ;)

Now I'm not a catholic, but I am a christian. I myself am praying for this, and it is God whom I am praying to this about. He knows my deep desire to date only whom He wants to me, and I know He will answer this prayer when He feels I am ready to date

Jesus died for us, so if I were you, I'd go straight to the loving, gentle, kind Saviour with that request. St. Jude will help you find what is lost, but if you have a future husband out there, he is lost. Try him if you like but Jesus is truly YOUR MAN!
