No, since you were adopted, it's OK...although I don't think it's a good idea. Dating a cousin is sort of frowned upon....and frankly, if it doesn't work out...you can mess up the whole family!

You are related to her. But, if you are adopted, you have nothing in common genetically. Additionally, there is nothing wrong with a marriage between cousins. The additional risk of birth defects when first cousins marry is about the same as the additional risk incurred by a woman of age 45. Lastly, cousin marriages are common in many cultures. The laws against cousin marriage in the U.S.A. were intended to accelerate the assimilation of immigrant communities.

well, if shes your 3rd cousin than yes your related... but then u said you were adopted.... confusing to say the least.. cant u just find someone outside the family?

yes you are just not by blood, but since you are adopted it makes you related to her, but there isn't no law were it says you can't go out or talk to your own family is there just kidding you do what you like and what you think is right

If you were adopted then you are not even related to your parents so no your not related to your 3rd cousin!
