in Florida- pinellas county - we had a special section of the County who took care of it for us

check in the blue pages of your phone book under your county - waste or trash management

there should be a number for hazardous chemicals

or call the county information line - they should know how to hook you up

It is better to dispose of it at a recycle place.
But in an emergency with eye protection empty into a Glass container and slowly add baking soda when u put in a tea spoon and it doesn't bubble any more it has been neutralized. The liquid will be a sulfa salt water can dump it on a rainy night

take it to wal mart or some automotive place, they should know. or do it for you... but BE careful. it could hurt you and ruin your cars fabric... just be very very careful!!
