Stress causes all types of things. Gray hair is one. Whatever you have in your life that is causes you to be emotionally and mentally stressed out get rid of it. If its something you can't get rid of like school then don't be stress figure out a way to make the best of it. Don't cry over things you have no control over and never will OK.....make the best of it. Being mad at a situation that you can't do anything about does nothing but harm yourself. Do you realize this?
I'm so sorry to hear that you have gray hair already and your only 16 i know how you feel its embarrassing and you really might not want other people to peak about it even if they notice it could give you a complex. Its embarrassing for me cause i even get asked for id if i try to play lotto, no one believes that I'm 30. But for me to look in the mirror and see those 6 gray hairs it reminds me of my real age and makes me sad to see it cause i don't want to see it lol.
I recommend that you use jazzing its a temp hair color not like a dye. Dyes stay in longer and dry your hair out and also damage your hair. Rinses are much better if you plan to take care of your hair yourself. If you can afford to see the hair dresser every 2 weeks then dye your hair.
Either way they both will cover your gray hair and good look to you.

I don't know what might cause that, but I think people can get gray hairs anytime. I recommend dying your hair, or get a few highlights. That should help mask the gray. Don't worry too much about it, at least we can hide gray hair.

I get that to from time to time. Usually people get grey/white hairs when there either stressed out way to much. Or genetic reasons, like your parents graying young.
If its genetic then there's not much you can do about it.
But if its stress then you should try to relax more. I would suggest doing yoga every night or morning to relieve tension and calm your body and mind.
Finding grey hair used to bother me a lot, but then I learned to except it as I got older. (And I'm still really young too. 17yrs)

Do you have a lot of stress in your life?
Does anyone in your immediate family have all-white hair and got it at an early age?

Either of those two could be the culprit. If it's genetic - make hair color your best friend. I've got a handful of grays in ONE spot on my head - if I let them grow w/out coloring, I could look like Rogue from X-Men. I use Garnier every 6 or 8 weeks...

Premature greying is quite common. It can be caused by stress, or it may be hereditary. The technical term is canaties. If it is something that you can't live with you can color or frost your hair.
