Well lets put it this way, would you drink cleaning fluid knowing what it is used for, NO you wouldn't.
Well here are things you can use coke for
1. cleaning your car engine
2. cleaning mechanic tools after being used
3. getting grease off your driveway.
4. ect, ect, ect.
Now you still want to drink Coke.

When I was in the ballet school years ago, we were told that coke corroded your insides and prevented absorption of nutrients. We were not allowed to drink it. The sugar was bad for you and so was the diet version - for different and equally bad reasons. The caffeine could affect your blood sugar levels in negative ways.
Our health person put a shoe in a tub of coke and we watched it corrode over several days. It was nasty looking. I think coke is quite tasty but I never drink it anymore; not worth it. I just drink water.

Coke contains caffeine, too much of which causes health problems and makes this "pop" addictive. In addition there are nine to ten teaspoons of sugar in one can of coke and too much sugar causes many health problems such as weight gain and diabetes. For those tempted to drink coke sweetened with artificial sweeteners such as aspartame please do your homework and research such ingredients. It is just coloured, flavoured water absolutely devoid of any nutritional value so is of no benefit to you at all; a complete waste of money. Read the list of ingredients on everything that you eat and drink and learn what they are. Most food that is purchased today, particularly prepared foods which are laden with salt, sugar and artificial flavour and are up to 50% less nutritious than food purchase 50 years ago.

well, it's not just Coke. It's basically any type of carbonated beverage. Many contain large amounts of caffeine.
Most are very sugary. They are sweetened with sucrose, the sugar that is the most carcinogenic. If carbonated, they contain carbolic acid which can dissolve tooth enamel. Also, they all have minimal nutrtional value, But they sure do taste good, don't they? Especially Coke! Good Day!!

I think coke is not good to drink because it is really high in sugar and it is not a healthy drink. Also coke can keep you wake for long time and you can be really hyper.
