what might this possibly be? I have been tested already for every std possible even though I do not have unprotected sex. Sometimes when I wear a certain pair of jeans, I get pain in my pelvic region. I have regular pap smears. Also sometimes I get swelling in the left side of my pelvic area accompanying the pain. I have been to the doctor who does not do the proper testing, been to the ER when pain is severe for them to tell me nothing is wrong after doing NO testing whatsoever, give me an ibuprofen and send me home because I'm uninsured.
I need to know what this may be so I can demand that they check for it. Something is wrong and I need to find out what it is. please help. It isn't PID either I have been checked for it. Also in my 2 previous marriages, I was not able to get pregnant, after a few years of trying.
I posted this question before and people don't seem to understand, it's not a problem with penis size or lubrication. It is a deep pain while engaged in intercourse.

I don't have money or insurance to go to another doctor other than the health department that I do go to.

for your info, cowboy, I am not currently employed at the moment, although I usually am. I do not buy 125 dollar jeans, I buy 5 - 7 dollar jeans and I do not have horses or anything like that to spend my little bit of money on. I am too white and not a mother so I cannot get medical care assistance! You are not the person to judge, only God is allowed to judge! Ever heard of poverty? It does exist here in America not just third world countries. Secondly, it very well may be 35 dollars for a visit to the doctor, but testing and other things are extra! I go to the health department which is all I can afford.

ovarian cysts can pop and can be uncomfortable or send you to the ER. They can also make sex hurt. I have them. Endometriosis can also be painful...or you could have a tipped uterus. Maybe google them and see if any relate to you ;) I also wanted to say that PCOS, a syndrome causing cysts can also cause problems conceiving and can also aid in miscarraiges. Look up PCOS or poly cystic ovarian syndrome for more info. Hope I helped!

Well Honey: your like my daughter, she complains all the time but, won't go to a doctor because she's to cheap. She'll buy 125 dollar leather pants, she has five expensive saddles, she's always buying something for the horses or has the vet out but, when it comes to her own health, she like to complain but does nothing about it.

This is what I'm going to tell you. I lived in an expensive city the doctors calls were 125.00 a call. Here in Michigan they're $35.00 now, tell me anyone can't afford this.
Find a doctor not a hospital, he'll give you personal treatment. Then explain to him/her exactly what's wrong. My daughter had a hysterectomy and no follow-ups. You may have a Fallopian tube problem, an ovary problem, she also had a twisted intestine. It could be a number of things, this is the wrong place to look for this type of help except to tell you to see a good doctor,

You may try to find another doctor, even if it means having to travel a few hours to go to a specialist. Do research first and find a reputable doctor. It seems like it would all be related the pain and not being able to get pregnant. Sex should not be a painful experience, unless you like bondage but that's another thing lol. Good luck with this, I hope you find an answer.

Have you been checked for ovarian cysts, endometriosis, or fibroid tumors? Any and all of them can cause the symptoms you are describing with a clean pap smear result, and impede pregnancy. Unfortunately it requires testing your hospital refuses to give you to determine which it may be. First step is to check with your local assistance office to see what programs they can refer you to so that your docs quit acting like such jerks since you don't make as much as they do!
