Why do women get so upset when men look at them after they spend so much time looking good. If they are going to wear sexy dress and let everything almost hang out than why do they get so upset when men look? I say if you do not want to be looked at than you should stay at home. I'm not a pervert; but, i love to look at beautiful things and if your going to flunt it I'm going to look. So why do you get so upset when men look? As with so many other men; I/we, will never understand this mentality.

Good question. I asked my 30 yo daughter that too! And no you will never figure girls like that out.
I am still trying to set her straight. Stop letting it all hang out. You are asking for it! She is a beautiful young woman with lots to offer, but has never been married. Believe me as a mother with strong values, I don't like it either. But she has never had a child either, that might change her, maybe not.
All I get as an answer is "I'm not letting any man tell me what or what not to wear" She was born stubborn.
Guess she wants to be single all her life.

I asked a similar question a while back and found that women in general dress and preen not for us guys to look at but for the women to feel special and pretty its just a fringe benefit if a good looking guy notices that but it seem an insult if you stare or make a brash comment , so i think it come down to are you appreciating the trouble they went to or are you just getting your jollies at their expense . Don't be put down if your admiration is mistaken for voyeurism its a fine line in ladies view .

I don't know why people wear revealing clothes. But they want you to notice them. And lets be honest here, wouldn't you notice someone if they had a low cut top rather than if they were wearing a turtleneck? Anyways.. They want you to realize theres more to them then their body. Well that's what I think anyways.

I do spend some time getting ready in the morning, but just to let you know we don't ALL hate it when guys look at us, we hate the fact that all you think about is looks!

Most of the time, we work to look good for ourselves.
And there is a difference between being 'looked at' and 'being visually undressed by certain males'.

you tell me??! i have four kids and maybe a 5th one on the way and i am lucky to get a shower.. i take my kids to skool in pj's and half the time pick them up in the same dam thing.. so i dont get all that ready .. but i understand waht u say..

sometimes it feels good fixing our selfs up and feeling good but then when a guy looks at us we start to doubt ourselfs

That happens to me once in a while the thing is that i try to look good cuz i wana feel good if a guy looks at me ok but if he stairs then i get mad especially if the guy is ugly.

women work so hard at looking good only cause they want to feel good about them selves....a lot of women don't like it when men look at them and undress them with their eyes ,,,you might not be a pervert but other people are perverts...
