Well ladies, put yourself in this scenario...
If you were in a library, and some stranger comes up to you and compliment about how gorgeous you are (true compliment) and at the end he gives you his mobile number(cell phone for American) and said that"If you are interested please give me a call, if not still give me a call, we can be friend".
In that situation, how would you ladies react, is it appropriate at all?
If you ladies thinks its OK to do so, I'll do it right away. Thanks

its weird but if u are a teeneager likle me then its okbut if u are someguy then probably not cause older girls expect more

You would want to talk to her for a little bit before you say here is my cell number. You don't want to scare her away! The compliment would be great!!! Let her know you want to be friends and not her stocker!

Well if you want to give her your number that's your only opportunity. I wouldn't mind. I would take the card and then decide if I will call or not.

I think that would be fine if you are giving her your number, that way if she wasn't interested, she wouldn't have to call you.

of course..i love wen i get compliments...and its even better wen u get there number...be adventurs...but if u do...be smart..meet him in an area with alot of ppl..and go with a group..or double date..or something...or call him up first..and get to kno him..then start doing physical things if u like him in that way....

it's okay but I don't think the whole friend thing works but... you can say something like call me hook up sometime but it is defiantly ok BUT try talking to her first or else we will just think you're creepy

if you're not romatically interested i wouldn't call just to be friends. but if he was a hottie then definitely give him a call! why not!
