I loved her more than anything in the world, but she just broke it off, she didn't even give a reason? I'm so confused and hurt and letting the tears flow, but I want it to stop. I want to forget her, I want to put her out of my mind, but I love her so much, and it hurts like hell, please what do I do?

Try to talk to her about it, that's not fair that she just decides to break it off, but if she still doesnt want to move on, go out with your friends and maybe you'll find something new.

Let the tears flow until they finally stop. What is so wrong with people who put you down for being emotional, by telling you to get over it! Hell, take your time. If you truly loved her, then it is going to take time...

I'm really sorry things didn't work out for you two. All I can tell you is that time heals all wounds. For now I suggest trying to keep your mind occupied on other things as much as possible. I know that's easier said than done. Maybe try to hang out with friends or whatever to keep yourself busy so you wont have as much time to think about it. Good Luck. Now get out there and find you someone else!!!

You get out of bed every day and you breathe in and out. You go to work or to school and you try not to think about it...there will come a time when you no longer have to remind yourself to forget...then you'll be okay to move on.

break ups are hard for sure

stay away from things that remind you of her and occupy yourself with things that are fun this is a time for friends to kick in and help you get over it. Its okay to cry and talk about it. Take this time to learn to love yourself and make yourself happy.

Perhaps it was for the best she obviously didnt care enough for you to try harder GOD has a better plan for you

Find someone else! Distraction is the best therapy. But no serial dating... Or just get interested in something else, hang out with friends more. Make her regret it. That type of stuff.

You WILL get through it. Don't waste time trying to figure out what you did wrong - you'll tear yourself apart. Chances are it wasn't something you did.
