i have looked everywhere but somehow i cant seem to fine the correct answer for this question please help

The increase in global tempreture that is the greenhouse effect is primarily due to

1)CO2 allowing more solar radiation to penetrate to the earths surface
2)CFC's slowing the escape of heat from Earth
3)The loss of ozone that trapped cooling UV radiation in the atmosphere
4)CO2 slowing the escape of UV radiation from Earth
5)CO2 slowing the escape of heat from earth

5) is the correct answer.

Global warming is not related to UV light, or the ozone layer, so 3) and 4) are wrong.

CFCs are not considered a major greenhouse gas, but they are greenhouse gasses. If they want you to pick all possible answers, you might make 2) your second choice, after picking 5) first.

CO2 allows less and not more solar radiation to reach the ground, so 1) is wrong.

Both answers two and five are correct, to varying degrees. Both, although very different chemical structures, are greenhouse gases, and trap the sun's energy inside the Earth's atmosphere in the form of heat. The difference between the two, for purposes of basic scientific argument, is very simple. CFCs are man made, and what's more have only been used in the last fifty years. Thus, their relative proportion to the rest of the gases in the atmosphere is somewhere in the 1/50% range. On the other hand, CO2 is natural, and has been emitted for thousands of years by all animals on Earth. Nature, however, always balances, and in this instance the balance is plantlife. Almost all vegetation uses CO2 to create food for itself. The problem is we have been overloading the system in the last two centuries with our industrial burning of coal, and our constant deforestation of the worlds major forests. Now we have far too much CO2 and that is slowing the escape of heat from Earth, along with CFCs and other greenhouse gases, even water vapor.

So primarily you could conclude that the increase in global temperature is due to greenhouse gases slowing the escape of heat from Earth, chief among these gases being CO2, although CFCs factor in there as well

Wrong there is no increase in CO2 don't u ember that the plants take the CO2 and give out oxygen and the plants are wonderful.
The CFC are a hoax the holes in the polar region are a natural event. The hole is caused by the activity of the sum that produces the solar winds and the solar winds are attracted the Bata particles are attracted to the north pole, and the alfa particles are attracted to the south poles.
About 10,000 years ago we were at the peek of the ice age and we are almost out.
