There is no fast way. Eat healthy, I have been doing the 5 meals a day diet. it is all about portion control.
and then you have to work out, at least 30min of cardo a day. From brisk walking to arobics or running.

it depends on what you mean.
do you want to lose weight permanently, or for a special occasion coming up.
if it's permanent, up your exercise, lower your caloric intake.
if it's for a special occasion, you'll pretty much only lose water weight.
