Mercy killing for sure!!!! I know what you mean about being put on hold for what may seem like a lifetime only to be told that you need to view a freakin website, or better yet, be "accidently" cut off by an idiot operator trying to put you back on hold.

Depends on their level of stupidity. I mean... you could get away with it as a Mercy killing for certain people, but others you wouldn't.
Best way to do it is this.... don't stop at one, make it a journey. Do it in many states, countries and off planet if possible. That way, if all else fails, you can cop to the Insanity plea.
