This happened over the phone!? Never give your personal information to anyone online or over the phone. It's your fault it you get jacked.

Is this for one of those email lottery things? If it is, then rest assured that it is a scam. Call the bank now and tell them what you did so they can protect your account. Time is of the essence. Don't bother to read the rest of this answer until you have done this.

Ok, hopefully, you have gotten off of the phone with the bank. That is probably the beginning of what you need to watch out for. I do not know the info you gave them, but you will need to start watching your credit for any unusual activities. Such as loans and credit cards and whatnot. If someone stole your identity that is something they will do.
