I am a Christian. My favorite part is that it is about a relationship with Jesus and through Him a relationship with God. It is also about loving people.
My least favorite is the same as yours - the reputation it has. Unfortunately, people let a group of Christians speak for the whole lot of us. We are not all total hypocrites who speak out hatred and are totally one sided and close minded on every issue. We dont all try to shove our faith down your throats.
My least favorite thing about religion in general is the hatred it brings out in people. There is so much fighting because of people beliefs. Who is going to change their mind because someone screamed them into it?

My favorite part is having a spiritual closeness with God and the Spirits from heaven, and doing his will.
Least favorite is having to see and feel some of the conflict of the different religions towards one another.
PEACE!

My religion is Christianity. My favorite thing is I get to go to Heaven (yee!), and my least favorite thing is that I can't just give into every human temptation I ever have. But that makes me a better, stronger person, so in the end it's a good thing, too.

I'm simply a Reincarnationist. What I appreciate most about my ideology is that it is profoundly perfect, honors "God" and all creatures beautifully, and it is fair, balanced and serenely just; it makes sense of the mysterious, the "evils" of the world and its confusions and miseries. No wonder wise men have taught rebirth and karma, Jesus (as an Essene rabbi) included.
What I like least about Reincarnationism is not about Reincarnationism itself but about others' false impressions of it as something exotic and weird, and the strange misconceptions people have about a perfectly natural dynamic of life.

My favorite thing about my religion is the fact that women have equal rights. My least favorite thing is the bad rep it gets from the overgrown babies claiming to be men who go off and do stupid stuff.

I am an Atheist. My favorite part about Atheism is just having the freedom to study all aspects of life and question everything without the religious guilt.
My least favorite is that I generally lose respect. Apparently no one can be trusted if they don't have a God to keep them in line.

LDS.
First of all, Ms. No Name # 2 up there states entire fallacies, she clearly doesn't understand the religion.
The best part is the belief that God continues to communicate with man, not leaving them alone in a crazy world. Also, that we should respect everyone and that we are all equals in the sight of God.
What I like least is that darn thing about obeying the laws of the land, because I would sure like to sit down with a wiccan in the wild and smoke a bowl.

I like - It is filled with mostly caring people who like to solve the issues facing the world today with a direct hands-on approach.
I don't like - Sometimes those who have studied religions push those who prefer to have faith and do not have consideration for their feelings.

My favorite thing about Christianity is that I know for certain that I am going to heaven, and that God loves me. My least favorite thing is same as yours--it has a bad rep among non-believers for being pushy and in-your-face about fanatic evangelicals.

I was raised LDS--I love their sense of family, but I hate the degredation of women...maybe it was just the ward I was in, but I don't like the principals they say they don't have:
1. If you are sealed in the temple your husband knows your secret name, but you never know his.
2. Girls are sent to camp to become more 'pure in the faith' and lectured on saving themselves--the boys do spelunking, horseriding and archery.
3. A man can be sealed to two women while women only one man.
4. A man can be a total *** and beat or degrade his wife--yet be considered a great man and be allowed into heaven, yet Mother Teresa is denied into the highest realm because she is not LDS. (now this may have been changed, or amended)...but to not be allowed in to the highest realm of heaven because you aren't in the guidelines (married, sealed, temple recommend, word of wisdom, etc) is a crock! Grrr, I'm done...I could get some serious hate mail for this)...
