ME - I breed bengals, if you're intertested. Or you can find others on any of these sites, and there's always rescue centres, RSPCA etc.......

The best place to look for kittens is in the local press or local cat rescue home. Avoid breeders who are in the trade to make money as they often treat the mothers badly and allow them to mother litter after litter without adequate recover time. We recently rehomed a gorgeous ginger tom from a rescue, only 14wks old. The home provided free vetenary care for the first 2 weeks, poor archie got quite poorly and the support was really helpful. Check out RSPCA website for details of your local centre.

as kitten season is now nearly over i suggest you look at all the local welfare cat shelters there maybe a 6month old kitten available or a mummy cat whose kittens have been rehomed but they haven't usually these cats are only a year old kittens themselves and deserve a loving home may i also suggest ukclassifiedads on the net there were loads on there or the kittenlist for posh breeds

Kittens can come from many places. The pet shelter will have the abused and neglected ones that need another chance and the pet stores will have the different breeds and hair types of a cat.

Hi you can contact local cat homes, protection leagues, also search the web for cat homes local to where you live.

Though you won't always get a kitten straight away if that's what your looking for there are lots of lovely cats out there looking for homes.

we got ours from cats protection, they come and do a home visit to make sure that you get the right kitten suitable for your home. the kitten is free but remember they can be expensive to keep with vet bills etc.

Yes, as has been suggested earlier, nearly all kittens come from mother cats.

We got our purebreds from local breeders (who had the afore-mentioned mommy cats) and once or twice from private parties in newspaper ads, on craigslist.com, or from friends.
