It all depends on the guy.
I think you need swagger and attitude to carry off a completely shaved head. Not to mention a nicely shaped head.
I have two guys at work with shaved heads. One looks smokin' hot and the other - well, the running question was whether or not he had a health condition (like cancer and chemo) that was causing hair loss.
I think that to be considered sexy, confidence is key.

Depends on the guy really. I like shaved heads or really long hair mainly.
Shaved heads look great on the bad boy type with peircings and/or tattoos! But looks great without that too.
I love shaved heads and the way they feel.

I think it looks way better than having the "horseshoe" head look(if you are going bald). If so, than definitely shave it. A shaved head is way younger looking and very fashionable these days.

no, i think guys w/ shaggy hair are really hott. or if it's short it can't be too short, like that messy feel so i can run my fingers through it.

The bold (shaved) guys are usually shaved becouse they are getting bold on the top...and it is awwwww...no thanks!
