does anyones back hurt when they have 2 much alcohol

That 'back pain' may be your liver. Cool it a little. Also keep in mind to eat a good meal before drinking alcohol. Make sure you get plenty of protein in that meal. Protein helps the liver break-down alcohol.

Yes, specifically in the lower back - I think its the kidneys telling you to stop, as the more you drink the more liquid the kidneys have to deal with, and when its alcoholic liquid, they tend to have to work that little bit harder to extract all the badness!!
Sometimes the old liver can give you a little pain to remind you to lay off for a couple of days too......I just wish I could learn to stop when I get the warnings. 'hic'.

I've had it a couple of times and my doctor said it's my kidneys struggling to get rid of the toxins. Drink loads of water to flush them out and take it as a warning that you are drinking too much. I try to alternate between alcohol and soft drinks now and if that fails (!!) I'll drink lots of water when I get home.

Not so much my back, but around the liver area. A lot of my muscles get sore when it's all over.
