Depending on the breed of your dog, she could just be getting old. Large breed dogs -- Great Danes, Rotties, Dobermans, Labs -- often don't live more than 10 or 12 years. If she's a smaller breed, she may be suffering from arthritis, low-thyroid, digestive problems or a tumor. The best way to find out is to take her to the vet and get a complete exam, including blood work. It's also very important to feed a high-quality dog food.

Sounds like she's just getting old. Depending on the type of dog she could have hip dysplasia which could make her walk slow or limp. Some dogs always look sad no matter what.

Could be a problem with her liver. If you have a vet, call him/her. Describe your dog's symptoms and see what he/she says. I had a similar situation with my dog who was listless, no energy and always lying down. Turned out that my dog had a severe reaction to an antibiotic containing sulfur. Affected his liver. Fortunately, it was caught in time and now my dog is bouncy as ever. So, my suggestion is to call your vet or take her to an animal hospital.

Sounds like she was either physically injured by a car or someone may have beaten her if she looks sad(very submissive) or traumatized.

it sounds like your dog may have arthritis or hip displatia....if she is a large dog then i would def. go with hip displatia......but only a vet can confirm or deny this.......take her to the vet.
