Your payroll department won't be processing any W2's until the end of December. Then they got to the beginning of February before they are inviolation of federal laws.
If your job ended allready, you might talk to payroll but usually they do all employee's for the year at the same time. So you will most likely have to wait it out.

You can't because the year has not ended, unless you will not be working with them again for the rest of the year, contact your employer to get a copy. By law, they are required to get it to you BEFORE the end of January, so don't be surprised if they tell you to wait.

My employer allows me to access mime online. If yours does, you need to ask your employer how. It won't be available before the last pay day of the year.

you cant get your W-2 no earlier than 1st week of january...they need to compute your year end salary before giving u your w-2

You have to ask your boss to get it early. I've never heard of being able to get it online.
