A non-believer traditionally seems to mean non-Christians. However, this is coming from a Christian. They get the "believer" part because if you are a Christian, you "believe" that Jesus is the Son of God, the Messiah, and died on the cross and conquered sin so that all who believed in him would go to Heaven.

However, someone who "believes" way, the Buddhist faith may say thay they are "believers," and everyone else isn't. Who knows.

a non-believer is anyone who doesn't believe in God. And also doesn't believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God. Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Jesus died on the cross so we could have everlasting life with Father God. Jesus rose from the dead on the 3rd day after he died and now sits on the right hand side of God.

I Believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth; And in Jesus Christ his only Son, our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; he ascended into hell; the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand side of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost; the comminion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting. Amen

A non-believer is one who doesn't believe in what I just wrote.

They're all non-believers in something. I always thought it funny when I see a question directed at solely Non-Believers. I don't believe in the Easter Bunny, does that mean I can answer that question?

In my mind, a non-believer is an athiest or agnostic. A non-believer is someone who does not believe in something greater than themselves.

As I am a Wiccan, I am not a non-believer.

That term has always been used in a narrow minded sense, depending on who is saying it, referring to someone who is not of their own faith.
