grabbed her by the collar, thinking she'd just start walking with me......No.....she just sat there as I was pulling her. Now my shoulder hurts and bas been since I did this. Do you think its serious?

sounds like you pulled a muscle
you must have tugged pretty hard
hope you didn't hurt your dog
advil
hot shower
therapeutic mineral ice
rest it
if it isn't better in a day or two
see your doctor
you might have torn something in the shoulder
and please don't pull the pup!!!!!!

You probably just strained your muscle in your shoulder. Advil or any other kind of ibruprofen is best for those types of injuries. In the future I would suggest not pulling your dog by the neck because you could injure him or her and it's not fair to the dog that you try to make her do something she doesn't want to do unless she is in danger.

You should not drag anything or anyone around by the neck. You may be paying the price for your cruelty.
