It is hard to do and takes a lot of faith.
I've only done it once and that was 20 years ago.

I know how to do it, it's a magic trick... There is no such thing as genuine telekinesis. There are a number of sleights and gimmicks that allow you to make it appear as if you are bending silverware or coins... perhaps making a card levitate or a paper ball move on its own... it's all tricks, nothing supernatural.

The bending the spoon one is an old parlor trick, it's so easy to do, and even neater, it's possible to demonstrate the trick and have someone else do it... without realizing how the trick actually works, and they end up thinking they're bending the spoon with their mind.

Sorry, no. The JREF has a $a million million prize for all people who can carry out this decrease than controlled circumstances. Many fakers and frauds have tried, none have been waiting to coach that's a actual situation. this is only wishful thinking.

ask the guru himself uri geller, but he can only bend spoons, never seen him bend a knife or fork,as a teaspoon handle is quite pliable ,as it is the softest spot on the spoon.i think he warms it up before he does his tricks, from mikhal in israel.

that would fall into the sinful category of magic i think.

i tell my mind what things i need to move and just do it-

What is it with the spoons? Can't they pick on another utensil? Bend a butter knife . . . now that would impress me!

You need to wiki Yuri Geller (or however you spell it). It's been debunked.
