What you think of it? Actually, what is the solution for whether agree or disagree? I think there are lot of opinions from various people.

Illegal immigrants cost the nation, we are being taxed to death while the illegals who use the services are not paying for them.
Chente - we do not bash legal immigrants we bash illegal immigrants, there is a difference. I will spell it out for you legal means within the law, illegal means outside the law,

Mass immigration of poor people who we have to subsidize for education, health care and services drains and degrades those services. Our schools are failing and emergency rooms and maternity wards are closing.

I think illegal immigration or mass immigration of people who can't cover their costs through their taxes is a bad idea. Importing poverty is bad policy.

I think we need to remove the BENEFITS (like education which I believe as a parent is a draw far above jobs) and employment, need to secure the border and get that on-line visa exit program and national employee database in place, and kick out all twice illegal and gang members. Then tax the rest and limit immigration going forward.

We can't afford guest workers on top of normal immigration on top of any sort of legalization especially if those already here will EVER be able to bring in family. The numbers are huge.

Also, with agriculture, lifetime subsidies for someone and their families at our expense and at the expense of our own children's education should not be granted in return for 3 years seasonal work. That is insane. They should just simplify the existing H2B visa by creating a database of screened seasonal workers so employers don't have to start difficult paperwork when their crops are already in jeapardy.

i see a lot of this today in my family. It is not fair for people to come to America illegally when thousands of deserving people have to wait. Why do some people think that they can outsmart our government? If you cross the boarder illegally, it is gonna bit you back in the *** later. Basically, an illegal immigrant is living his/her life on a lie...they have a fake identity and who would want to live a life like that. Wouldn't they just have been better in their own homeland with some identity at least. Immigrants think that they will get a great job here and make lots of money but most end up working in gas stations and other low quality jobs.

I don't agree with illegal immigration, and I don't see how anyone could. We let in tons of immigrants each year. Why do they need to come in illegally? I understand that there are some who are in desperate need of the security and well-being the U.S. has to offer, but I just don't think it is right, that they come in illegally.

I also am tired of going to a business and talking to, or taking a phone call from someone who can't speak English, or who hates America and is always complaining about it. If you don't like our country, leave! I just think that our country is becoming crowded and unamericanized by immigrants. Where is our nation?

Illegal immigration is wrong, and it is a huge problem. I think the solution for it is to put more efforts towards punishing people who hire and house illegal immigrants. I also think that all states should have the authority to investigate immigration status. I'm tired of hearing that it is a federal issue.

Opinions are like opinions, everyone's got one. My humble opinion is that no one in their right mind is against immigration. We could add twenty, thirty million citizens in a year or two. That way we can start taxing them and keep bombing and invading other countries. The elite class could care less about the "middle" class idealism pervading so much of this forum. Heck, 95% of the country is "middle class" which is code for chattel.

this country need poor people so all others can strive on peoples poverty. Rest of people are so prejudist and resist, nobody looking for solution everybody is gready selfish ready to eat small person basic principle of capitalism, If you look for solution than you need to change social structure to Marx and Lenin theory. any other case do not draw attention to your self, you will be victimized by government slaves like me, just another treat to my existence few minuets ago

alot of the illegal immigrants that i know are here to work and make a better life for their kids. I say give these type of people amnesty.... as for the rest who are here just to cause trouble send them back.
