i stil love my x but he no longer feels as strong 4 me, is my relationship really over, or is there a chance of fighting 4 it. is love at first sight true or just a myth?

Well you could try winning him back but my best guess is that you will only end up getting MORE hurt and the pain will drag on. So you should go out there and find a new guy who will probably treat you like you should be treated and I'm sure you'll find yourself in love again;. Thats the great thing about love.... It can happen more then once. Oh and as for love at first sight.. i believe in more as Lust at first sight because In past experience I've learned that's true and the first stage in real love is Lust.

I am in the same situation & have been speaking to a few friends about it.
The main bit of advice they have given me is that although they know we were good together if he doesn't have the strong feelings anymore it's not worth trying to force him to come back.
I know this isn't what you want to hear just as it isn't what I want to hear either but I think the best thing to do is take a step back for a few days & look at the situation & hopefully you will realise it is for the best.
Good luck, my plan is a few duvet days with chocolate & the TV for company then try to return to normal life as soon as possible.

If he dose not feel the same way as you then it is over. I think you
know if you have chance or not. Love at first sight it can be true.

but in all seriousness, if he does not feel you the way he used to, it is def over. it wouldn't be fair to either of you for him to stay with you out of pity. hearts change, unfortunately. just think, someone IS out there who will be wanting to love you 100%. that is very exciting to look forward to!

It sounds as if the feeling for him has fizzled out.

its over when he says he no longer feels for you the way he did before. its over when you call and he doesnt answer or he does but doesnt talk. its over when he says "its over and i dont want you as my girl anymore"
