There is a 3D Imax Theatre at Portage Place. Most people like that. Here is a link to see what is playing there now

You didnt say when your wedding was....there are a lot of things to do in Winnipeg. It depends on when you will be there. Summer is easier for outdoor things like a corn maze just outside the city or water slides as compared to winter and being cold at Festival de Voyageur. (then you can have fresh snow taffy and dog sled rides etc) or finding more indoor activities. Summers also have a lot of cool street parties like Corydon or Osbourne Street.
You can always go down to The Forks...neat shops there and from the elevator in the main Forks Market there is a nice view. Some eclectic shops are there and across the way in Johnson Terminal. The Spagetti Factory restaurant is there and is GOOD food. :) (for young and old)
Depending on what the 15 year old likes, it is hard too. Me, I was a history buff then, and LOVED the tour of the Legislature on Broadway; where the Golden Boy is. The stones in there have fossils in them. There is also the Lower Fort Garry just outside Winnipeg. Or, if your family is into theatre there are a few good plays going on as well. (Pantages Theatre, Prairie Theatre Exchange etc) Sports oriented? Try the MTS Centre for a Manitoba Moose game in winter or CanWest Global park for a Winnipeg Goldeyes game.
Hope that gave you some ideas....if you let us know when the wedding is, we can help more. I'll edit my answer if you let us know.
Edit: Make sure you get a hotel with a waterslide. :) Almost all the Canad Inns are good and have them

How about arranging an early evening bowling session? Could you ask his mum maybe what hes interested in, she may be able to give you a few pointers? (assuming you get on) Hope this helps hun, you sound like you really care, good on you for thinking about him! Have a lovely time!!

You can go to the sports area, Is there basketball team around, they see a game.
If he doesn't like sports how about a game arcade, your son and the teen will both enjoy a day playing arcade games.
Horseback riding, or how about a park picnic with some games.
You could let each one pick the place to eat for one night each and then go for walks.

You might try the Corydon Strip...You might want to try "Cruising" on Sunday nights...they have pimped out cars and everyone comes to just show them off etc..it might be more along the lines for the 15 year old..

Why don't you ask him what he likes to do, for starters.
