Control Panel
Add/remove programs
highlight Internet Explorer

I find if something will not delete I go to system restore in your system tools and got back to to day before you insalled the program and there you go all fixed

go into add or remove programs.then remove windows components.it should be in there.and just delete at will.thats what i would do.
