It's a horrible thing, isn't it? Yes, I have them too, but it's only human nature. I just remind myself everytime I get one of those thoughts that it is just that, an insecurity. And, who cares what other people think as long as you are happy. The best thing you can do is laugh at yourself if you do or say something stupid. I am always saying something stupid and then afterwards I just start laughing. Most people will appreciate that and tend to not laugh at you behind your back, BECAUSE THEY ARE LAUGHING WITH YOU!!! Who cares if someone is more beautiful, more intelligent, has more money than you. You can spend most your time being jealous, or just appreicate the things you have. Just remember enjoying life is the most important thing, because we are here for a good time, not for a long time!

im not sure, i have the same problem, i find it difficult to speak to people i dont know cuz i think im a bit boing adn that they will automatically not like me.
i wish you could take a pill to make you feel better.
i have been told in the past if it help every time you realise your walking with your head down pick it up adn look straight forward when you walk.
made me feel a bit better sometimes, not much though.
need that pill.

They are learned behaviors from our pasts, whatever they consist of. There's no trick to getting rid of them. As a matter of fact, I don't think we ever really do. I think it's just a matter of learning to deal with them by knowing ourself.

taje my advice...dont compareursef withothers honey,...
by the way ppl will give u a lot of advice..u have to decide what to do urself..
Try to like ppl first and let them decide whether they like u or not..we usually are shy and expect others to judgeus and thenlike us ...but dont understand that everyone is weak and has their own insecurities and they want to be liked too...So be the first to make ur move..
