Mashed potatoes are O.K., cornbread is too heavy given duck is an oily meat. Green beans are O.K. Brown baked beans too heavy with duck. Serve a green salad or tomato salad.

That's an awful lot of starches, especially considering that duck can be kind of greasy. I'd do a salad, some fresh string beans, and maybe some rolls or cornbread...

They all sound good to me, but for the beans I would use green beans or the green bean cassarole, not regular beans.
