Download the forms you will file from the IRS website. Fill them out with your best estimate of income and deductions. The refund/amount owed is your estimate.

RamsGod: Your link looks like the withholding calculator. This will only provide an estimate of the return for the recommended number of withholding allowances. The actual tax forms are better for a known $ amount already withheld.
