not really, it's basically up to him. best things to do is move on. there are tons of guys out there. no need to wait for this one.

i think he's just using that as an excuse because he doesn't have the heart to turn you down. either that, or maybe he's just gone through some sort of traumatic event and doesn't feel as though dating is in his best interest right now..
i'd ask him why he doesn't feel like dating and see what sort of an answer he gives you.,

Yes.
1. Don't pressure him.
2. Tell him if he changes his mind you'd like to see him and give him your number or e-mail.
3. If you are..... let him know you're interested in him without acting like a tramp.
If you do more, you will only push him away further.
