Buy one of those grinding plates from the dental section at Walmart, etc. That may help.
Another suggestion would be to take a sleeping pill and see if that relaxes you enough that you don't chew in your sleep.

go to your dentist, and they're probably give you a night guard. its a plastic device that fits onto your teeth that you wear at night that usually keeps people from grinding their teeth, but it could work for you too. it might not be causing problems though... so you may not really need to do anything about it.

You can get like grinding plates...but if you dont get something for it, you could grind away your enamel.
