I believe our relationship is over. Now, my couple is threatening me that if I leave him he'll commit suicide ... What do I do? I'm desperate and I would welcome any comments.

leave him and disappear...cut off all contact. It may hurt him but it's the best for the long run. Suicide is a lame threat to try and keep someone around. He needs serious help though...because if he is serious about suicide and he goes through with it, it will haunt you for the rest of your life. Just ask my x girlfriend.... her x after me committed suicide, not because of her but he was very depressed and chose the selfish path out. F-ing jerk..she has been emotionally scarred ever since.

Leave him. If he commits suicide, that would be that individuals fault, NOT yours. In fact, staying with that person makes it worse. He is threatening you and that is NOT a relationship you want to stay in!!!!! Be firm and look out for YOU.

Leave him. Don't allow yourself to be manipulated. Tell your bf that he is SICK. You aren't worth his life. If he offs himself, its not your fault, he is a sick puppy. He would have done it anyway, or worse, he could do you. Its on the news every other day about one sicko or another, don't be the next victim. Dont try to help him gget over it or nothing. GET OUT, save yourself. Tell his parents of his intentions so that they can intervene. Let everyone that you know about this situation. Don't take this jerk lightly. SO WHAT, he will hate you, but he will be alive!

My ex did that crap to me and did actually attempt it at one time. I finally got sick of hearing the excuse and left without ever looking back. He grieved the end of the relationship, found another woman that is almost his twin, and is very happy.

You have to look out for you.

The vast majority of people who have actually committed suicide never told anyone that they were going to do it. So I seriously doubt he means it...he is just pulling at strings to keep you with him.

Make an annonimous "mental hygene" arrest. That means that they will be taken in for an evaluation & released that same day. This person needs mental help & the sooner,,the better before something really bad happens.

All you can do is tell them how you feel. They are responsible their reaction, not you.Better to let them go than to stay in one sided relationship.
