Talk w/your doctor. Ask for multiple tests. Stress test for your heart. Check for Brain tumor. Sounds too long for a virus. GO TO THE DOCTOR.

You need to go see your doctor. It sounds like hypertension, the headaches, nausea, chest pain... If eye pressure is a result of the blood pressure, you need to go soon. If all these things are as a result of blood pressure (Hypertension) then it probably is not mild, but quite out of control. Unmannaged blood pressure leads to strokes, blindness, aneurysms, hear attacks and a wide variety of other cardio vascular problems.

Eye pressure and headaches with the nausea could be sinus issues, it could be migraines. Chest pain could be heart related, it could be stress, it could be something simple as acid reflux, (my chest pain were), the wrist numbness could be nerve related. It could be a stroke, or not. Pain causes nasea also. You really need to see your doctor especially since this has been going on. Your symptoms mock many things. Please be safe and see your physician as soon as possible.

Well, I would seek a second opinion.

Any number of things, stroke, heart problems, carpel tunnel, I would not screw around any longer and see a doctor. My husband had bad heartburn and turned out he had to have bypass surgery - make an appointment today!!

See a doctor! You could be experiencing heart attacks or stroke. Or both.
