Stray cats are a problem. They do this, but they also carry parasites and disease. They can also get infected with Rabies which is a health hazard to you & your family.

I'd borrow a humane trap from your local shelter. Trap them and bring them in.

Some areas have a cat "catch and release" program. They'll set the traps, take the cats away for neutering and shots, and then the cats are released back to live in the same alleys.

There is actually a repellant spray made from cats which can be used indoors or outdoors. You have to spray it everyday though, but it will work for 24 hours. You can get this spray at any pet supply store or online.

If that doesnt work, try to see if they have collars on them. If they don't take them to a shelter. That way you have a nice quiet window at 3am and they can have all the sex time they want.

Well you can spray a cat repellent around the area the cats are. I had the same problem before I moved, and I know, its very annoying. I didn't know what it was so it actually scared me. But anyways, instead of having your dog hurt and chase away the cats, try buying some spray repellent from petco.com and see if that works.

Good Luck,
Sydney

There are sprays and pellets that repel cats. They don't like the smell.
Get them at pet and hardware stores.

ask your neighbors to keep there cats in! and tell them about your problem. If you dont do that there is no way to get them to stop! and you'll have to deal with it until there no longer in heat!
