the shampoo with the horse on it, i think its called Mane Hair, not 100% sure, I know it's Mane something. . . if so, did u like it?
yes this is a serious question, i've read a couple of times (here on Y!Answers) that that helps with growing ur hair, i just wanted to know if it works & if someone out there has actually used it. . .

It's Mane and Tail shampoo - or something like that... never believe that ANY shampoo can help your hair grow. All the hair that you see on your head is actually a dead shaft. Hair is alive and recieving vitamins/minerals (keratin) that help it grow ONLY under the scalp. So don't believe any claims that shampoo helps hair grow... I've heard that prenatal multi-vitamins can help hair and nails to grow faster and to be in better shape - that makes sense because it helps from the inside out. On average a person's hair grows about 1/2 inch per month -- no faster, no slower.

Yes the name of it is "Mane & Tail". My mother had very thin & fine hair. She started to use it a few years ago. She had become ill and the meds. started to cause her hair to thin even more. She really didn't care for the shampoo & neither did I. The conditioner though is great if used correctly. I actually only used it for a month or two, but my hair grew fast! To use the conditioner, after shampooing, and towel drying use a drop (about the size of a dime or nickel, a little will go a long way!) and work it thru damp hair from scalp to end, do not rinse it out, use as a leave in conditioner. In a month or two your hair will start to grow and feel thicker. You might also try taking vitamins that will help promote hair growth, scalp massage, and regular hair trims will help too.

Called mane and tail or something similar.....I've used it before. I heard it was supposed to make hair stronger, but I'm not really sure that it did significantly. I don't think that it made my hair grow faster or longer either. It did really soften my hair, which was pretty damaged at the the time, so that was nice. Not sure it was any better than any other conditioning shampoo/conditioner.

Yes, I think it's called Mane & Tane Shampoo & Conditioner. I tried it , but I didn't have any success with it. I got more results just by going to my stylist and having her trim my hair every 4-6 weeks. But, there are some people who said it did work for them. I guess it just depends on who you ask and then trying it for yourself.

yeah i herd that to yeah my anut use it and her hair have grown alot really it have yes ude it it's called mane somthing yeah i know what your tasalking about

it didn't work for me. But I'm black so i don't know about your hair. It made my hair dry and bushy
