There is a great chance that it will. Although as it travels through your Gastrointestinal tract en route to your stomach it will cool, the amount it cools is very slight. So what you have is still a hot food item in your stomach. If it comes in contact with the lining of your stomach it could burn. The same thing applies for ice, although "freezing" is a bit extreme but it could cause some discomfort.

No, it will not burn your stomach. After all, it's only your taste buds that are burning. If you swallow an ice cube nothing will happen differently, your stomach acid will dissolve the ice cue easily. But you might choke on it.

No - hot food will not 'burn' your stomach - and cold food will not 'freeze' your stomach. Bon appetit!
