If I were you I would look to coming off drugs. Get professional help. Taking drugs is not good for you/your brain. Do something positive about it. Theres more to life than taking drugs. Wake up.

I think the lungs are a bigger issue than the brain.

Actually, recent research with cannabis has revealed that it may help against memory loss in old age and help against diseases such as Alzheimer's. That's a funny result coming from a drug that makes you forgetful, but it is backed up by a study through the American Medical Association.

Living causes PERMANENT damage, believe me. No matter what you do, eventually you will start falling apart. Enjoying life and not worrying too much is better. You never know. I know of one family relation who was a heavy smoker all his life and lived to be 99. We still think he died because the convalescent home took away his cigarettes.

the jury is still out on what exactly the long term damage is to your brain, however, it is generally thought to trigger psychosis and depression in some people. i guess it's like any other drug, it effects some people in different ways than others - like smoking - not everyone who smokes will develop lung cancer - it's the risk u take. as for other areas in the body, it can increase the chances of throat cancer if u mix it with tobacco, because it causes it to burn hotter, and there are more carcinogenic substances in a joint, rather than just a cigarette. it can also cause fertility problems - studies have shown that it can cause deformities in sperm. as for your lungs, well, i guess it's probably creating more problems, because when most people roll a joint, they don't use a filter tip like the ones u find in cigarettes, so more harmful chemicals get breathed in. all in all, the news isn't good, but since when has that stopped people doing things that aren't good for them ?!?

As far as I know, and I have many years working in the medical sector and have studied leisure drugs quite a bit, marijuana has not shown any physical affect on the brain ( unless you consider memory loss ) but it has been shown to cause physical damage to the lungs and cardiovascular system when smoked.
It does the exact same physical damage that smoking a tobacco cigarette does over time, with repeated use..
Your looking at Cancer, risk of heart disease, poor circulation, emphysema, COPD, etc..

There have been extensive tests done on humans and monkeys and it proved that you did not get any brain damage from smoking cannabis, but it can cause memory problems if used over a long period of time.I would imagine though that it has the same effects on the lungs as normal smoking, risk of lung/throat cancer etc

first of all, weed does not kill mind cells. that's completely innocuous, to boot the smoke being inhaled... yet there are also diverse sorts of that you will be able to apply marijuana. ingesting it through nutrients, vaporizing it to include the THC right into a bag to inhale, many techniques. i have self assurance what occurred is that the marijuana you smoked replaced into only an perception as to the way you interpret your own life. you want to take a seat back and imagine about all you've performed and what you would want to do in life and note if that is going that could also help you. i honestly have felt like i replaced into only observing my life go through and that i honestly have smoked marijuana really usually honestly. that's an journey that opens your concepts and to some with particular emotional subject matters it can definately develop those emotions of paranoia as a results of the indisputable fact that's a feeling of that you had already. Its all a concepts over count number project bro. I continually concept for the longest time that i replaced right into a 'try rat' for this massive try performed through some supernatural rigidity and the try is how I do in 'life' and what i bump into out about my try it fairly is taking position. once the try is complete or the outcomes are what the 'scientists' experience are what they replaced into hoping for, then they terminate me and its the great of that try. Sorry for all that lol yet I only needed to narrate to ya. wish this facilitates. only you'd be desiring to keep an open concepts to each and everything and dont take life too heavily or you'll not in any respect be able to have any relaxing without being paranoid o.O

An ex drug addict and a health professional came and gave a talk at our local High School. They agreed that the dangers of cannabis are greatly underestimated.

Apparently the heat cannabis generates is so much more intense than a normal cigarette and this causes chronic respiratory problems and irreversible sinus damage. Look at those holes it makes in your clothes, it does much the same to your tubes.

Whoever thinks smoking weed doesn't damage your lungs is an idiot. ANYTIME you're inhaling smoke, it does damage to your lungs. As far as the brain goes, there's mixed evidence that weed damages the brain, or if the brain can regenerate cells.

Two things are for sure: It makes you lazy and damages your mouth, throat, and lungs.

THC itself - in infrequent of period use - does not cause any permanent damage to the body. Unfortuantely, marijuana is too often laced with other drugs such as PCP, which may have devastating consequences from even brief exposure. No matter how well you know your supplier, they are never certain of theirs. Please be very careful if you must indulge.

just like anything you inhale that alters your brain chemistry . it would
take massive amounts of weed laced with pcp or cocaine or acid
to actually give you a brain lesion, inhaling it could cause bronchile
damage, possible a tar build up in your lungs
