Actually, celery take more calories to diest (not chew) than it contains. It has calories, but your body more than uses them up. A good low cal snack is celery with salsa (if you hate the way celery tastes, like me).

yes. negative calorie foods are foods that require more calories to eat and digest than they contain. like....celery.
