If the date on the bottle is over due can you still use will it still work, or does it mean sell by.........

Basically, thats when the life of the vitamins start degrading. It won't hurt you! But, it slowly over time give you LESS VITAMINS as you take them. In other words, they don't end up hurting you . . . they just don't do you as much good!

The date literally means 'sell by' rather than 'use by'. It the bottle was stored properly, studies have suggested that the contents are likely to be good for 5 years after being opened. Proper storage means room temperature in a cabinet, but not in the bathroom cabinet, as the humidity is higher in the bathroom.

It wont hurt to use it but they are no longer effective so they wont do good or bad you need to get rid of those expired ones and buy some new ones.

WELL ACTUALLY I THINK THEY JUST WON'T BE AS POTENT, BUT HOW OLD ARE WE TALKING HERE A FEW DAYS OR YEARS? IF IT IS JUST A LITTLE OLD THEY SHOULD BE FINE BUT OTHERWISE TOSS OUT AND GET NEW ONES.

bin them and buy some more.
