Literally translated into Italian "Mani grandi", but if you want to say "the Big hands" you put the definite article before the noun, namely "Le mani grandi".
"mano"=hand (singular), "mani"=hands ( plural)
"grandi"=big ( to plural nouns).
Hope that is of help.
Have a great time!
