You know what verse always comes back to me? "Apart from Me you can do nothing" --Jesus tells us this- and it is very true. I know that any good in me is because of HIM. And I praise Him for that...I need Him daily. And I know he is working in me- I pray He will change me to glorify Him and be a light to this world- I need him to continually create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me- as it says in Psalms. It is hard especially in this day and age- but with Jesus Christ in my life I know I am prevailing- even when I fail, God picks me up- convicts me when I am wrong- and I repent- "The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak" --How true that is! Again this comes back to "Apart from Me, you can do nothing" --It is CHRIST in us that makes us lights-or any good in us is from Him alone. How amazing and wonderful that is! I am continually in awe of my Lord and Savior- and I cannot wait to cast my crown at HIS feet~

Hebrews 13:15
Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that confess his name.

The Lord protects me everyday from things that could hurt me or potentially kill me; for instance like a car accident. I can't count how many times I should've been in one but wasn't because Jesus had protected me. He never ceases to amaze me with all the wonders that He has done especially in Exodus. He captivates me with His vast power and complete guidance.

I am a new creature. Completely different before I accepted Christ into my life. Now I ask Christ to direct my footsteps everyday, and make him the one I talk to everyday. I depend on Him for everything.

He continues to make me a better person. As I grow as a Christian, I am better and better - happier, more loving, kinder, more gentle - I guess the fruits of the Spirit are more evident.
