for the split end try getting a product made by Lanza called Magic Bullet. It's in a red and white pump...it's a very good leave-in hair repair treatment. For the curls- you may want to try a chemical straightener and then use products that are made to help straighten hair with a flat iron.
good luck!

Well, you can't get RID on split ends. So best to start by going and having them all trimmed off and start fresh. Then buy some kind of protecting serum or treatment that's specifically for heat styling. Spray it on before you blow dry and straighten. The next thing to do is to use a high quality flat iron. White Sands is a good one. They're pricey but the won't damage your hair like a Revlon will. After that, do deep conditioning treatment once every couple weeks and that should keep you well on your way to preventing split ends.

Get your hair trimmed regularly. When you condition your hair make sure to rub lots into the roots and leave it for a few minutes to allow it to absorb. Use a protection spray before blow drying your hair and again after drying and before straightening. To stop your hair going wavy by the end of the day use a humidity protector, I use Lee Stafford Protection against humidity and it's brilliant, just don't put too much on near your roots as it can make your hair feel heavy. But if you have wavy hair make the most of it and don't straighten it every day!? Use a scrunching serum or something, or just run normal hand moisturising lotion through the ends of your hair, that's a good trick!

You can't really get rid of split ends unless you cut them off -- and you can't keep from getting them in the future unless you don't EVER do anything to your hair including heat styling it.
I have to say this to all the folks who are straightening their hair with a flat iron... Even if it's the best and most expensive flat iron in the world YOU ARE DOING SERIOUS AND PERMANENT DAMAGE TO YOUR HAIR and eventually it's going to be in really bad condition. Stop straightening your hair every day -- love the waves - embrace the curl -- find a good product to help you enhance your curls (like Paul Mitchell's ROUND TRIP Xpress Styler). It also doesn't matter how much glosser or protective serum that you use -- applying that much heat everyday WILL fry your hair. Also - once a week do a deep conditioning treatment while your in the shower - that will help maintain the moisture in your sad dry tresses.

Well you probably straighten your hair too often. Heat tends to break hair. What I do is i get my hair trimmed regularly to get rid of the slpit ends. I also moisturise my hair and oil it every two days and wrap it in a scarf before i go to sleep. WHen i wake up in the morning.. thehair is straighter and I don't ned to apply so much heat to it. scarfing the hair also ensures thet your hair doesn't break while you sleep... hairnets allow some movement and so don't really help. You should also look into relaxers. I have the curliest hair ever... cuz i'm african.. so i relaxed it and wham, perfect hair. i still scarf though to keep the ends good. I really think you should try the scarfing if you don't try anything else i suggested.

First of all,
STOP STRAIGHTENING YOU HAIR EVERYDAY!
You are doing serious damage to your hair. Heat and over processing are the biggest ways to end up bald.
For the split ends, you need to get a good trim regulary.
Also, you need to use a good shampoo + conditioner that will prevent your hair from falling out from all the damage.
For Shampooing, use Parnevu T Tree Shampoo.
For conditioning, use Organic Root Stimulator HAIR MAYONNAISE.
Hair Mayonnaise is great because it will moisturize + strengthen damaged hair.
If you wash your hair at night, instead of blow drying, wrap your hair while its still wet and wear a silk scarf to bed. In the morning, unwrap your hair and it will be straight!

i find ceramic straightners to work the best, i have used one for three years and it hasn't given me a problem. if you're having that big of a problem with split ends, get a trim every two-three weeks and use an anti-damage shampoo and conditioner. In addition, use a deep, leave-in conditioner once or twice a week. To keep your hair striaght, try to put in a "protective" hair product before you straighten it and spritz your hair with hairspray after you have the desired style. Hope this helps!

Check out Kerastase products i.e. L'Oreal. It works for me big time, might do for you. Combine this conditioner with taking good care of your hair. If you can minimise going to a salon where they rush your hair, it will also help. I used to go to this salon where they always rushed my hair. I stopped an got someone to do my hair at home for me, she's a professional and I pay her well for my time. My hair has improved. All I do is treat it every month, at least once with Kerestase and I eat well. What you eat plays a role. If you smoke or go to a club often, make sure you double the care for it.
I hope this helps you too.

You can get rid of split ends by trimming them and you can purchase a better straightener like the Chi as well as a hair serum to keep it straight.

First : Get a decent protective spray, Second : make sure you have quite regular appointments with your hairdresser, this will rid you of split ends. You can also get white ends from straightening especially with GHD's cause they're what I have. If you dont use protector you can burn your hair. && one more thing, if it's still wavy get GHD's! They're about £70 but they're worth it :) x Hope I could Help x
