I eat two snacks per day as part of my diet. 9:30 AM , 1 triangle Lauging Cow Light Cheese and an apple. In the afternoon I have 1 Triangle Laughing Cow Light Cheese and 1/3 Protein bar. Works wonders!

Apples, Bananas,Cucumber - Celery or Carrot, Dates or Dessicated Coconut, Egg plant, Figs, Grapes, Half a Grapefruit, I like all fruit, Jelly, Kiwi fruit, Lettuce or Lime & Lemon surprise, Mango, Nuts nae salt, Oranges, Plums, Queue up for ma lovely salad stuff, Raisains, Sultanas Tomatoes, Unbelievable amounts of lettuce, Virgin Olive Oil on salad, Weightwatchers snacks, X to fatty foods, Yummy fruit, Zaire Fruit

Raw Veggies, Fruit, Yougurt, String Cheese, Raw Nuts, Wheat Thins, Soy Chips....Boiled Eggs.

Fuit, salad, veg- or protein snacks such as protein bars or soy nuts which i actually distribute.
