Yes, animals don't have a problem in that category like people do. Go for it.

This would be a very close breeding ONLY to be done by professionals, and even most of them won't do it.
Do you know all the dogs in the last 3 generations and all their littermates as well? Have they had all appropriate health clearances? Have there been any health problems in the 3 generations and their littermates? Have any of these ancestors HAD offspring with a genetic health problem?
If you do not have the answers to these questions then you have no business trying a breeding as risky as this. Just because the parents don't exhibit a problem certainly doesn't mean they aren't carriers, and it WILL come out in the offspring.

Yes. This is called line breeding. Breeding mother to son however is inbreeding and is not good.
It is true that any problems in the line will be twice as bad. On the flip anything good will be twice as good. Make sure it is a good line. If there are any hip problems, etc don't do it.

Yes but you will risk birth defects and poor health
As to breeding risks, that is impossible to answer without knowing the health issues behind your two dogs for several generations. But if you have eye checks done on them by a veterinary opthalmologist, have hips X-rayed, blood panels drawn, and have their thyroids checked out, and if all those things check out as normal, you will have done the best you can to insure happy, healthy puppies.

Yes, but it is not a good idea because if there are any weaknesses in the dogs then the puppies are going to have it twice as bad.
Inner breeding brings out the worst traits in families.

I wouldn't suggest it. Any breed of animal mating with its own "family" is at risk for serious health problems. Not only mental problems, but also over all health problems.
