Wow! First of all breads and salts make you retain water. Second I don't think your weight is a problem but maybe you are concerned about the "pouch" which is water retention in women. Laxitives could make you bloat more. The reason why you bloat is becuase your body needs more water.
And you shouldn't eat more than 2,500 calories a day or less than 1800.

If it is water weight it will go away in a few days without doing anything. Consuming 5000 calories in 24 hours may lead to at most a 1 pound weight gain. Laxatives do promote quick weight loss but it is short term and quickly returns. Laxatives are definitely used - but they are definitely not recommended - for weight loss.

Laxatives are to be used to facilitate bowel movement, when bowel movement has been restricted (constipation). Laxatives as weight control is a bad decision. How tall are you? 99 pounds is heavy (if you are 3 feet tall). Do you feel the need to lose the weight because the scale says 99 or because you feel you "look fat"?
You would have to be aweful short to be overweight at 99 pounds. I'm sure you are aware of Anorexia Nervosa. I certainly hope you haven't fallen into an eating disorder.

Taking a water pill (or laxative) to lose weight is like cutting off your head to lose weight. It just won't work. Why? Because your body needs water, water is your friend. Jeez, 5000 calories is like 2 cakes, and a full days eats. Unless you puked it up, of course you gained. You will pass this food you ate naturally through your digestive system, and you will also urinate to pass the water weight. However, if your body is already dehydrated, if will simply consume the water, placing it in your blood stream, your skin, and your brain and other organs that desperately need it. So, by losing the water, you will be depriving your system of its natural electrolyte balance, causing you to grow FINE hair on odd parts of your body. Is that what you want? Fine hair growing on your arms (the underside) on your face (downy) and other parts? Keep your electolyte balance upset and you will. Its just a natural response of your body protecting itself.
5,000 calories in 2 days, wow. That's a bit much. You should have had no more than 3,600 to 4,000. Think about yourself and love yourself 24/7. I know its hard, trust me, but by reacting to your weight instead of being proactive your life just gets harder and causes you to panic and that's never fun, is it? Your a good person and you deserve the best, EVEN FROM YOURSELF. Its hard to ask others to treat us well, when we don't ourselves.

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

Taking laxatives will NOT help get rid of the water, trust me ive tried it!!!!
Are due on your period? if yes then that would be why you are bloated and retaining more water.
Try taking Aquaban it is herbal and will help reduce the excess water.
