Almost impossible. First of all, even if you had the proper equipment there are many other factors. Pain, and the tooth could possible break as your trying to remove it. Just go to the dentist , they will remove it rather quickly.

Just wait for it to fall out. Its only a matter of time. If it is really loose you can take it out with your fingers, but don't use any more force than that! Trying to remove it before it is ready with pliers ot whatever other nutty things people suggest is a good way to get it infected.

And at least the dentist will be kind enough to give you anisthetics before trying to remove it. Dentists are scary, but not nearly as scary as a trip to the hospital to deal with a gum infection from trying to take it out yourself.

Now think about this for a second, Do you think that it would hurt more if you pull it out or your dentist pulls it out with anesthesia??? I have seen you asking questions about this every week, I think that you have heard the answer already...If your dentist feels that it should come out, then he is the one most qualified to take it out. Do you honestly think that you can do it without hurting yourself? Why don't you leave it up to the trained professionals!

You should not try to remove a tooth by yourself as doing so may lead to pain, bleeding, infection, and abscess. In rare cases the tooth may be aspirated (breathed in) which may necessitate surgery.

you tie a strong string around it and then tie the other end of the string around a doorknob. then you stand around and wait for someone to open the door.
