Erica: meditation could be substituted for sleep :)

uh, on Number 7 what i mean is that you should not be ashamed of something as beautiful as sex, and only when you reach the age of maturity, and when i say respect the people around you i mean dont talk or have sex around them it could cause an akward situation :)

I agree with all, but caution that #7 should be noted to only included adults and that children are not involved. It is good to explain sex to children but not to openly show it to them.

1)Respect other religions and lack thereof, we all have to share this earth lets at least get along.

I don't have to respect your religion to be cordial to you. We can agree to disagree with out being rude or hateful to each other.

2)Gender equality.

Men and women are different and have different roles in this life. I do not believe a women can do everything a man can do or a man can do everything a women can do. We all have our place and should embrace it and stop trying to do what the other sex can do. That does not mean oppress women that just means I don't think there is nothing wrong with a women staying home and taking care of her family. Dont' get me wrong if she can work to that is great, but her family should come first. And a man should be a man and take responsibility for them.

3)Elimination of all forms of prejudice.

I agree, but this will never happen as people will never stop being prejudice to others. Its like people need to hate others to make them self better. Its a good thought though.

4)everyone should have there own personal investigation of truth.

Yes everyone should investigate to find what is the truth. There is only one truth though and if you look and follow the wrong path you will still have to stand before God on Judgment day. So so come serious investigation.

5)pray and meditate daily (if possible)

I don't meditate, but I pray daily. I pray 5 prayers of worship daily and I pray personally prayers all day long.

6)"If it harms no one then do what you will"
just remember that what goes around comes around.

I do as God says not as I will. I want to make it to Heaven and my desires would send me to hell. But what others do is their business until it effects me. But my friends and family I do say things to as I care about them.

7)sexual relations are a beautiful thing and should be celebrated not hid away in shame, but you should also respect the people around you.

Sex is a part of life and is a beautiful thing, but should be kept behind closed doors and between a husband and his wife. It is not shameful when done unless we make it shameful.

I agree with some of what you say and others I don't. But like I said in # 1 we can agree to disagree.

No, I don't.

1) Respect all people and their right to choose, but do not respect false religions.

2) It depends on what you mean here. I don't believe that men have the right to bear children, for example. There are some inherent differences to account for that precede any dreams of equality.

3) Sure. But how do you propose to eliminate prejudice?

4) Everyone does have their own personal investigation of truth. But there is only one Truth, so an individual's investigation, while a right that I defend, does not guarantee that they will find Truth.

5) Yes, although I would delete "if possible." It is always possible, no matter what.

6) Yes. But consider that oneself can be harmed by one's own actions.

7) Yes. There is no shame in sexual relations between a man and woman who have made a marriage vow before God and human witnesses.

Works for me, but number seven could probably use a litle clarification. Are you actually suggesting that sex in public is okay?

I agree wtih all except 7. I think sexual relations should be saved for marriage. Other then that, all the more power to you.

I agree with most of them. Although I am not religious, I do what I think is right. But then again, what is right and wrong?
