Well the woman would probably feel ugly and maybe a little bit worthless, because attraction is not just about looks.

Depending on the age of the woman you utter those words to it ,may have various interpretations. For myself if a man says he is not attracted to me I would assume he was telling the truth...that he was not at all attracted to me..(I've never had it happen) A younger woman / girl might hear the words as a challenge which might put them into over drive with wishful thinking...Mr. Darcy in Pride & Prejudice spoke those words about Miss Elizabeth...and we all know how that turned out...One of the greatest love stories of ALL time!He said to her, " I love you! You have bewitched me mind, body, and soul." This was after he uttered words to his male freind that Miss Elizabeth was barely, tolerable! Men get confused with their thinking. Sometimes they just can't think straight when an a strong , brilliant woman comes into their world. This quality of woman rarely takes serious a man of mere words...but always notices his actions, or lack thereof.

It's ego shattering and make one feel unattractive and can really dig up horrific self esteem issues if the woman is not secure within herself. Better to say " please do not take this personally but it's a feeling I get with you that we're not a match"

Hmmmm. good question, never heard that before. I imagine this woman would add 'because you have a ring through your nose' to those words.

I would take it for what it means. Kind of harsh to say that. He probably really despises that woman.

"I am not attracted to a woman" usually translates into "I am gay."

"I am completely not attracted to you" usually translates into "OMG you're hideous."
