I hear a lot about "stoners" and "tweekers", but I don't know what a "tweeker" is. I've read the Bible and the Koran, so I have a good grasp on who the "stoners", but amd surprised that there are still so many of them around.
But as for "tweekers", I'm at a loss. When I was in basic training for the Army we had a couple of guys in the shower room that were called "tweekers" and you really had to be BOL (be on the lookout). They were not a problem for long though, they were sent off to OCS quickly, nobody else wanted to go. So are these guys still pulling their pranks but in larger numbers?

Stoners are people that are always stoned, generally on marijuana, I haven't heard that about any other drug. If you're joking about the stoners thing, I think you asked the wrong question.
Tweekers are people that are always high on meth. People that are always high on meth are generally really jittery, move alot, don't sleep, and need to always have everything clean. They can stand in the shower for hours at a time just trying to get "clean".

Computer geeks are also called tweakers.

As far as these guys that were called tweakers, they were probably snorting meth or something and got caught. Not very smart.

Tweaker - drug user who perfers uppers (drugs that make you hyper) like coke or crystal meth.
I don't think you've go the right definition of a stoner, though.

tweekers are usually methamphetamine users....easily identified by an anorexic look and no teeth...or rotting teeth.
